Registration and Cancellation Policy

Due to global pandemic conditions, if registered attendees encounter last-minute travel restrictions, WCLI will process tuition refunds within 30 to 60 business days of cancellation.

The WCLI understands that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. The cancellation deadline is September 25th, 2021. To cancel a registration, you must email the Events Department at support@wcli.org by September 25th, 2021. Following this date, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be issued to use towards another event within one year.


Note: last-minute cancellations or no-shows are ineligible for refund. WCLI reserves the right to cancel any program or session. In the unlikely event of cancellations, WCLI will refund registration fees less a $150 processing fee, but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including and without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant.
