Registration and Cancellation Policy

The WCLI understands that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. The cancellation deadline is September 25th, 2021. To cancel a registration, you must email the Events Department at by September 25th, 2021. Following this date, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be issued to use towards another event within one year.

Note: last-minute cancellations or no-shows are ineligible for refund. WCLI reserves the right to cancel any program or session. In the unlikely event of cancellations, WCLI will refund registration fees less a $150 processing fee, but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including and without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant.
